Join Yolanda Arrendo, Deputy Director of the Division of Child Welfare, as she helps participants develop awareness of when and where to call when issues of child abuse or neglect. Participants will be empowered to discuss their response to suspected child abuse and neglect as libraries develop and implement procedures.
