Libraries and library staff have had to continuously adapt over the last two plus years while continuing to provide the services their customers needed. In this session, we will discuss all of the different ways we interact with our patrons, learn about a transformation model and how it applies to customer service, and brainstorm what we intentionally want to carry forward.
