Public libraries and our community partners can support school readiness in their communities even more effectively when they work together. Come learn about how one rural public library joined together with their local early childhood council to create a multifaceted approach to school readiness for the families in their community. Summer Sanford from Pine River Library and Heather Hawk from the Early Childhood Council of La Plata County will join us as our special guests this winter to share how they’ve created a successful school readiness partnership that serves children, families, and caregivers in the library and beyond.
