Collaboration and teamwork are inherent to most work environments. Libraries are no exception. What has been your experience working with or leading teams? Did that team operate in harmony and crank out results? Maybe you’ve had the opposite experience or a mixed bag. In this interactive session, we will explore drivers of team success and failure and how to put that knowledge to use. We will cover:

  • Common causes of team dysfunction
  • Strategies to address counterproductive behavior
  • Establishing boundaries and setting goals

Learners will walk away with knowledge that can be applied immediately and resources to digest at their own pace.
