Establishing a schoolwide reading culture requires creativity, consistency, and passion and nowhere is it more challenging than at a high school. Join Hollie Hawkins for a deep dive into how she and her colleagues have built a strong reading community at Eaglecrest High School in Cherry Creek Schools by designing in house, gamified initiatives that intersect with students’ interests and identities. Then stick around to see how Beanstack, a digital reading tool, can elevate work like Hollie’s by making it accessible and appealing to the digital lives of students today.”
