Join your Colorado K-12 library and teaching community for the next Shine-a-Light on Innovative Practices webinar Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 4:00 pm!

This month’s session “Perspectives of a New Teacher Librarian” features Telluride teacher librarian Dori Crowe as she shares lessons learned across her career as a classroom teacher in Chicago, then a preschool teacher, library paraprofessional, and now teacher librarian in Telluride, Colorado. In this interactive session, we will discuss the journey of what it’s like to be a new teacher librarian, the similarities and differences between urban and rural teaching, how to build community partnerships, and more
